WholeGarment 3D Knitting

WholeGarment 3D knitting is a cutting-edge technology that enables the creation of knitted items (clothing, protective gear, covers, accessories, etc.) without any seams. This unique technique can be compared to 3D printing — but for textiles!

Take a sweater, for example: it can be produced directly, integrating the body, sleeves, armholes, shoulders, and neckline — all without a single seam. This method also applies to more complex items, such as dresses or seat covers.

This manufacturing process represents a triple revolution :

• Ecological Revolution: it enables the creation of products with 0% waste (compared to 33% with traditional methods), while also reducing water consumption.

• Economic Revolution: by using less raw material, it helps lower production costs !

• User Experience Revolution: it delivers garments with unmatched comfort, as well as items that combine strength and flexibility.

Re-knitting Assembly

Re-knitting assembly is an artisanal know-how that allows the joining of two parts of an article or garment by arranging the stitches one by one while recreating a row of stitches between them.

The result ? Ultra-fine, invisible, seamless assemblies, offering unmatched comfort and flexibility, with precise measurements to the millimetre. In other words, re-knitting assembly is the queen of assembly techniques.

Mastering this expertise requires years of experience, patience, precision, and attention to detail. The Innovalys re-knitting team excels in this field, on all types of gauges and materials, and passionately transmits this know-how.

Waterless Washing

It is when you use an element that you know its value: water is to the finisher what inspiration is to the designer and technique to the engineer. Thus, it is precious and represents all the attention that Innovalys pays to the environment.

An essential resource above all, water must be treated with care and caution. Aware of this, our finishers have developed a unique treatment we have named “waterless washing.”
Concretely, for a standard treatment using 200 liters of water, our innovative process uses only 5 liters — for the same quality result, guaranteed shrink-proof.
