Being one of the few integrated textile companies in France offering an exclusively French product, Innovalys designs and manufactures knitted items from yarn to finished product — from the idea expressed in a sketch to the monitoring of quality production. Over time, we have also developed a network of reliable partners for printing, embroidery, and chemical and mechanical finishes, which we make available to our clients.

Design Office

Solicited by stylists and designers with significant and increasingly complex creative needs, as well as by industrialists and engineers seeking innovative technological solutions, we have a qualified, motivated, and demanding team that listens to every idea and need.

Sourcing, analyzing, adapting, designing, sampling, patterning, prototyping, modeling — these are the key words of our activity. Material, knit, treatment, sewing, shape… everything is tested and developed to meet the most demanding specifications and bring the most creative ideas to life!

In terms of modeling, our know-how combined with CAD and CAM technologies allows us to create particularly elaborate shapes.

Knitting

Our workshops continually advance in acquiring know-how, knowledge of knitting, and mastery of its various techniques: Fully fashioned, Intarsia, intelligent vanishing, working with noble or synthetic materials in a variety of stitches, French Terry, multi-gauge, jacquard, seamless integral knitted garments… Thanks to these valuable skills combined with a SHIMA machine park at the cutting edge of technology, we offer you creative and innovative knit solutions.

Textile Finishing

An essential step in the manufacturing process, our textile finishing adds flexibility, softness, and technical performance to our creations.
It also gives them their shape, texture, and final properties. All our washed products are guaranteed shrink-proof.

Cashmere, silk, wool, cotton, linen, noble fibers — designers and creators will find at Innovalys a specific treatment for each fiber to provide stability, softness, and durability throughout the seasons.

Synthetic fibers, water-repellent, conductive, heat-shrinkable — industrialists and engineers will get the appropriate treatment for each to give knitted fabrics the desired properties.

Concerned about our environmental impact, we have developed over time an innovative know-how around waterless washing, guaranteed shrink-proof !

Manufacturing

Combining traditional manual machines with digital ones, our workshops include a wide range of equipment: competitive, adapted to each piece, carefully maintained, and kept in excellent condition.
Driven by the group’s dynamism, Innovalys continually develops exceptional know-how, blending traditional artisanal techniques with new digital technologies: automatic die-cutting works alongside traditional scissor cutting, and the latest-generation sewing machines coexist with seamstresses practicing the millennia-old art of needlework, where only the craftsman’s hand can express true talent and restore nobility to the raw material.

Originating from a centuries-old technique, we are one of the few French companies to maintain and develop the rare know-how of re-knitting assembly, ensuring unmatched sewing quality and finesse, which we pass on from generation to generation.

Final finishing

The final step in the design process, our “Final finishing and Control” department adds the finishing touch and manages shipments.
This service expresses the quality and responsiveness that characterize Innovalys in serving its clients.
